Headwaters Housing Partners is a real estate development firm addressing Western Colorado's most urgent challenges.

Every community in our region faces a housing crisis, which is why our work begins with building and preserving workforce and affordable housing. But housing isn't the only challenge our communities face. We also build mixed-use developments that address blight, revitalize downtowns, deliver essential retail services, anchor artist communities, and create wealth-building pathways for renters. We create public-private partnerships to achieve these goals — blending direct public contribution with debt and impact-oriented private capital.

Our Projects

Representative projects.

From acquisition and preservation in Grand Junction to ground-up mixed-use developments in Parachute, Fruita, and downtown Grand Junction — each project blends public capital and public assets with impact-oriented private investment.
